Hale Replacement Flap Kit

I quickly received the Hale replacement flaps after my order was submitted. I was able to install them without any issues. The customer service is excellent at the Pet Door Store.

Even after watching a YouTube tutorial on installing the replacement flaps, this was not nearly as easy as they make it look. It was very difficult to reach inside with a drill, very hard to drill new holes that would line up correctly. The screw provided were way too short, we had to improvise with a mix of screws we had laying around. It would be a better design if the holes were pre-drilled on the frame and the flaps to ensure everything lines up nicely. For the money, that’s the lease the manufacturer could do. The ordering process was fine, and the delivery was fairly quick.

Looked great when it arrived, but not impressed with the durability. Didn't even last a year. Vinyl started tearing away at the top in just a few months.

Excellent experience with this replacement flap kit. High quality and easy install (with some assistance from my neighbor). New flaps look so nice. My weimaraner Bella and mutt Oliver are gone now but got many years of use from the original set.

Five week delivery was not clear to me upon ordering, found out when I inquired re whereabouts. Not what I consider a simple replacement but doable by homeowner with a bit of mechanical skill. Very good quality, worth the cost/effort
